Hi I'm Natalie,

I can help you understand why you are feeling the way you do. Whether you are 10 or 110, we all need to talk. We all carry our past inside. Maybe you are someone that learnt to suppress your feelings, brush yourself down and carry on. Or maybe you're that 10 year old, that just doesn't know how to voice how you feel, so what do you do? You act out how you feel, and that's what get's you into trouble, and I'm not just talking about children here. If we don't let our trapped emotions out, they will come out by other means; illness, anxiety, anger, depression, self-harm, over eating, the list goes on!

I understand, I've been there too! 🩷
