Hi I'm Natalie,
I can help you understand why you are feeling the way you do. We all carry our past inside. Maybe you are someone that learnt to suppress your feelings, brush yourself down and carry on. Or maybe you're that person, that just doesn't know how to voice how you feel, because you learnt long ago that you don't talk about feelings. So what happens when you don't talk? You act out how you feel. Yes, that inner child is still with you, still carrying those survival behaviours. If we don't let our trapped emotions out, they will come out by other means; illness, anxiety, anger, depression, self-harm, over eating, the list goes on!
I understand, I've been there too! 🩷

The festive lights, the songs, the cards in every shop—they stop feeling magical and instead become reminders of the perso

Why So Many Women Are Only Discovering ADHD in Adulthood
Over the past few years, more and more women have been coming into my counselling room with the same themes: anxiety, not feeling “good enough,” low self-worth, emotional overwhelm, and a brain that never seems to switch off. Many say things like: “It feels like I have a hundred tabs open in my brain.” “I’ve struggled with this my whole life.” “My friend thinks I might have ADHD… but I’m not sure.” Often, they’ve already been given medication for anxiety or depression, yet so
