Counselling Session

Service Description

I offer face to face, telephone or online counselling. I work with a variety of different issues, but have a special interest in baby loss, bereavement and trauma. Cry without being stopped. Talk about people without worrying they will find out. Say what you think without being judged. This is your time in a confidential safe room where you can talk about what you have been through, your worries, your life; and know that someone is listening. It's your time to pour out your inner most thoughts and emotions, then put them back in your mind in some order. Analysing your thinking, and making sense as you go along. Counselling can change your life; if you let it. Counselling is hard work, but rewarding.
