Service Description

This session starts with relaxation, followed by a visualisation to help you to relax further. In hypnotherapy it is the subconscious mind that does the work, once this happens, then memories can be brought forward; whether memories from this life, or memories from a past life. If your mind allows, you may experience multiple lives. Maybe you lived in another country, or you was a nurse or soldier in a war, or you was a stage performer for a circus. Who knows where your mind will take you?
