You've decided to stop. For reasons of your own, you want, or need to stop. This is good, because hypnotherapy will not work if you don't really want to stop smoking; you're just doing it for someone else.
So how does it work?
The session starts with some easy questions: When did you start smoking? Why did you start? What does smoking do for you? The questions then get a little more difficult to answer: What has made you give up? How do you think your life would be if you didn't give up? What if you got ill?
After a difficult discussion, which can be quite emotional, I then put you into a hypnotic state, where I can access your subconscious mind. Suggestions are then put in place in your mind through hypnotherapy.
Many clients feel an immediate change of mindset.
However, hypnotherapy is not magic, and will only work if you want it too!
