• How much do you charge? - I charge £40 for a 50 minute counselling session and £50 for a hypnotherapy session.  For prices on other services click here.

• How do I make an appointment? - You can phone, email or message me.  

• Is counselling/hypnotherapy confidential? - Everything you tell me is confidential, however there are some instances where I would need to break confidentiality.  These are outlined in the contract, which I email to you before starting up sessions.

• Do you work evenings? - Yes, I work 3 evenings a week - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.  Session times are 6pm, 7pm or 8pm.  

• How many sessions will I need? - This is entirely up to you.  Everyone is different and has different needs.  You will know when you no-longer need sessions.
